Tradisional Fried chicken is a dish consisting of chicken pieces
which have been spiced by indonesian tradisional seasonings and
then deep fried, or pressure fried.This traditional fried chicken
is quite different from the Southern United States fried chicken
which usualy use boiler chicken which have been floured or battered
and then fried.
This traditional fried chicken has a delicious taste and golden
brown skin, it is perfect eaten with plain rice cooked and
sambal.
