Ayam Goreng

Ingredients to Prepare :

  • 1 whole chicken (8 ons)
  • 750 cc (3 glasses) of water

Seasoning :

  • 1 sachet of Munik Deep Fried Chicken Seasoning

Cooking Direction :

  1. Pour water into a wide-base medium saucepan; add in chicken pieces and Munik instant seasoning. Boil for 45 minutes and then drain the chicken.
  2. Deep Fried Chicken with a medium flame until turning golden brown.
  3. Ready to Serve

Tips and Notes :

  • Do not fried chicken for too long as meat might get hardened
  • There is no need to add anything else besides this seasoning
