Gulai Kepala Ikan

Ingredients to Prepare :

  • 1 piece of medium size (700 g) head of fresh fish
  • 1700 cc of coconut milk made from 11/4 grated coconut (500 g)
  • 1 pcs turmeric leaf
  • 2 pcs lime leaf
  • 1 pcs lemon grass
  • 1 pcs curry leaf

Seasoning :

  • 1 sachet of Munik Fish Head Curry Seasoning

Cooking Direction :

  1. Cook coconut milk and Munik Instant Seasoning into wide-based saucepan overlow flame for 30 minutes, continuously stirring filter the curry gravy, remove unwanted residue
  2. Add in fish's head and tumeric leaf, lime leaf, lemon grass, curry leaf for another 10 minutes
  3. Read to serve

Notes :

  • This instant seasoning has been cooked; there is no need to add in anything else
