Ingredients to Prepare :
500g calf beef
800cc of coconut milk made from 11/2 grated coconut (600g)
1 pcs turmeric leaf
2 pcs lime leaf
2 pcs bay leaf
Seasoning :
1 sachet of Munik Beef Rendang
Cooking Direction :
Add in coconut milk and Munit instant seasoning into wide-base medium saucepan
Add turmeric leaf, lime leaf and bay leaf
Once boiling lower the flame and cook until the gravy is thickened
Ready to serve
Notes :
This instant seasoning has been cooked; there is no need to add in anything else
