Rendang

Ingredients to Prepare :

  • 500g calf beef
  • 800cc of coconut milk made from 11/2 grated coconut (600g)
  • 1 pcs turmeric leaf
  • 2 pcs lime leaf
  • 2 pcs bay leaf

Seasoning :

  • 1 sachet of Munik Beef Rendang

Cooking Direction :

  1. Add in coconut milk and Munit instant seasoning into wide-base medium saucepan
  2. Add turmeric leaf, lime leaf and bay leaf
  3. Once boiling lower the flame and cook until the gravy is thickened
  4. Ready to serve

Notes :

  • This instant seasoning has been cooked; there is no need to add in anything else
