200 g beef, boiled and diced
300 g potatoes, peeled, diced and fried
500 g petai, peeled and halved
75 g kapri, boiled
10 g tamarind water
35 g brown sugar
3 pcs bay leaf
3 pcs lime leaf
200 ml coconut milk
Salt taste
Seasoning :
80 g Red Basic Seasoning Munik
25 g White Basic Seasoning Munik
Cooking Direction :
Add Red Basic Seasoning, White Basic Seasoning into a wide and coconut milk
Add beef, cook until spice thicken
Last, add other materials, stir until the seasoning permeate
Ready to serve
