Sambal Goreng Daging

Ingredients to Prepare :

  • 200 g beef, boiled and diced
  • 300 g potatoes, peeled, diced and fried
  • 500 g petai, peeled and halved
  • 75 g kapri, boiled
  • 10 g tamarind water
  • 35 g brown sugar
  • 3 pcs bay leaf
  • 3 pcs lime leaf
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • Salt taste

Seasoning :

  • 80 g Red Basic Seasoning Munik
  • 25 g White Basic Seasoning Munik

Cooking Direction :

  1. Add Red Basic Seasoning, White Basic Seasoning into a wide and coconut milk
  2. Add beef, cook until spice thicken
  3. Last, add other materials, stir until the seasoning permeate
  4. Ready to serve
